1. In the event the goods delivered were found different from the sample and specification and the Buyer wishes to return the goods for replacement, the Buyer shall return the goods at its own cost to the Vendor for inspection and verification.

2. Upon verification, the Vendor shall send the goods to the Buyer. If the Vendor did not include the forwarding charges, insurance etc ab initio in its price, the Vendor shall not be responsible for the forwarding charges, insurance in sending the replacement goods.

3. The Buyer shall inform the Vendor on any casualty within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of goods based on the forwarding agent's record. The Vendor will not entertain any complaint beyond the deadline.

4. You shall be responsible for customs clearance in your country. If your order is stopped and held by customs for any reason, we shall not be responsible for any custom duties/taxes that is required to recover your order and we shall not be under any obligation to refund your order if it were confiscated by customs.
